ABOUT ME
I am a typical ISTP Aquarius. I do not like mornings. I try to be less judgmental but I sometimes trip over my values. I think that TV and mainstream media are rotting our brains, so switch off and wake up. Honesty is my best and worst quality. My opinions are often controversial. I don't care and care way too much all at the same time. I get cranky when I am hungry. I love winter and hibernation. Large social gatherings make me anxious but I can travel the whole world solo without a single butterfly in my stomach.

I am not that into parties — got hell lots of them in my early twenties, and it's boring for me when people need to get drunk to have fun. I do my best to always treat people with respect regardless of their situation in life - we all have our struggles, triumphs, stories, things to learn from each other. I love good conversation over a glass of wine, and meeting people who positively challenge my ideas - to learn and see the world from a different perspective. I strive to live a life of moral and environmental integrity.

I am at my truest and happiest when traveling as it changes me like little else can. It puts me in places that forces me to care for issues that are bigger than me. It's about experiencing true risk and adventure so I don't have to live in fear for the rest of my life. And...inspiring others to step out of that fear, too.

I know how it feels to be out of place, to be disconnected, to see the whole world laid out in front of you the way other people live it. You are born alone, and you die alone. And this world just drops a bunch of rules on top of you to make you forget about those facts. But I never forget. I am living like there's no tomorrow. Because there isn't one.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I get to know couchsurfing from a Taiwanese movie, Taipei Exchanges and unexpectedly, I did my first couchsurfing in Taipei.

Interests

- do research for my trips;
- go fishing with my dad;
- clean my apartment thoroughly every week.

Music: I am kinda open to all kinds of music except rap. Ben Howard, Xavier Rudd, Skyler Grey, Avril Lavigne, Coldplay, Taylor Swift...are my types.

Movies: The Florida Project, Everybody's Fine, About Time, Closer, Begin Again, The Hunt, The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance, Still Alice, Into the Wild, Interstellar, Darkest Hour, Dunkirk, Only the Brave, Lady Bird, The Imitation Game, The Shape of Water, and all Quentin's work and all movies played by Al Pacino.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- watched sunrise at Phnom Bakheng, Cambodia;
- enjoyed amazing sunset at Uluwatu, Bali and Göreme, Turkey;
- sailed in a bulk carrier for seven days from Inchon, S. Korea to Qingdao, China;
- glacier hiking in Iceland;
- saw Northern Lights at Tromso, Norway and Rovaniemi, Finland;
- survived at minus twenty-six celsius at Rovaniemi, Finland;
- baked my first chocolate cake with my host Max on New Year's Eve 2015 at Bergen, Norway;
- rode snowmobile in the late evening on the lake with my host Anton at Kiruna, Sweden;
- flew with hot air ballon in Göreme, Turkey;
- went to Lake Baikal during winter time;
- completed my 9,288 KM Trans-Siberian journey by train;
- hiking in Teriberka, Russia;
- swam with wild dolphins in Rockingham, Australia;
- three-month road trip in Australia and survived in the outback;
- crossed country border by plane, train, cruise, bus, and on foot.

Teach, Learn, Share

- I have learned piano for more than ten years, so it is something that I can absolutely share;
- I am a good cook (even though I do not cook often);
- I am self learning Swedish and photography, so if you happen to speak Swedish and are good at photographing, we can definitely share.
