I'm Charlotte, or Lotty! I'm an actress in training - currently living in London and studying at The International School of Screen Acting for a year whilst making big plans to move to America next year to make it big in the film industry! I have a typical English sarcastic sense of humour with a massive love for life, lust for adventure and determination to follow my dreams and take risks every single day!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend introduced me to CouchSurfing, and I'm still relatively new to the whole experience. I recently visited Australia and spent most of my time on a roadtrip up the West coast with a group of fantastic CouchSurfers! Looking to get involved in London, one of the most exciting cities in the world, and meet lots of interesting people from around the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spending just over a week with four other CouchSurfers travelling the West coast of Australia - camping in the outback, visiting all the sights and meeting some fantastic people along the way!

Interests

Film, Theatre and Music are three of my biggest passions in life. I'm also an accomplished horse rider and a great lover of watersports - jet-skiing, whitewater rafting and snorkelling. I'm a massive adrenaline junkie and will usually be prepared to try anything once!

I also have a slight obsession with James Dean, polka dots, Katy Perry, and Malibu, so if you want to know the way to my heart, just start off a conversation about any of those things :D

I'm a real music junkie and I enjoy anything from acoustic to heavy metal and country to punk. I have a seriously eclectic taste and like too many artists to list on here.

Web of Dreams by Virginia Andrews is a book that I first read when I was twelve and I can read it over and over again. A heartbreaking, but beautiful story. Well worth a read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago, I travelled across Canada with my parents. We began our trip in Vancouver and drove through the entire Rocky Mountains through to Calgary, before flying to Toronto and Niagara Falls. While we were there, we went white-water rafting, cliff jumping, western style horseback riding, as well as visiting some amazing and iconic places such as the Banff Springs Hotel. A trip of a lifetime.
