ABOUT ME

I am Charlotte or Charly, 25 years old and at the moment I live and study in Augsburg Germany ( 30 min away from the famous munich OKtoberfest..if you don't know Germany that well. ;) )

I worked at lot to get the money for a big trip, traveled for 15 month and got my degree in Journalism....before I decided to go to University again to study business economics. :D

I would say I am a really open minded, friendly person, that loves to try out new things and is always looking for adventure!

CURRENT MISSION

I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list! :)
(I got a world map hanging over my bed.. where you can scratch off the foil from places you've been.....and there is still a lot of foil! )

I really like the idea that you can fit your whole life into one backpack if you want! Traveling is amazing and there are so many awesome people and places I haven't met or seen yet!

Next trip: South Africa!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I noticed that I have an account on couchsurfing since 2013, always liked the idea...but never really used my account( long story)...till now!
I hope to get to know some awesome people and make some news friends all over the world!

I would love to host someone as well, but since our flat is not that big :(...but if you are looking for someone to show you around in Augsburg feel free to contact me :)

*scuba diving ( bit hard to do that in Germany! Got my diving license in Indonesia and went free diving in the great barrier reef a few times)

Books&Movies: That's a hard one... I love all kind of travel books and movies! But there's a long list..
I think you should always have a good book traveling with you! Or write your own one :)
At the moment I am reading : Jack Kerouac's On the Road!

Music: I really love to listen, make and dance to music! :)

Since I lived in Australia I am a big fan of Chet Faker, Mat Mchugh, the beautiful girls, the Thundamentals,.... and lots more I listened to on my roadtrip!

I also like electronic music and good old berlin style nightclubs !
