My love of travel began at a young age, as I was fortunate enough to visit a variety of places with my family while I was growing up. I quickly learned how exciting new places and people are. I firmly believe the best way to understand the world is to immerse yourself in new cultures, meet new people, and experience brand new events and activities.
I moved 3,000 miles away for college because I wanted to experience the East Coast culture of the US. At Dartmouth in New Hampshire I have been exceptionally fortunate to meet and befriend students and professors from all over the world. Because of my college, I am able to visit and live in new places, learn new languages, and renew my interest in travel and exploration.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm so excited to be traveling the world and meeting so many new people!
I am on couchsurfing so that I can try to get a real locals' experience in the new places I visit. I am excited to get to know my hosts instead of taking the traditional tourist path through a new place.

Interests

In college I study international government, Arabic, and gender studies. I am passionate about promoting gender equality on a global scale. I love athletics and all sports, both watching and playing.
