We are Louisa and Charlotte, both 21 years old, originally from Lübeck, a city near the Baltic Coast in Northern Germany. In July 2016 we graduated high school together and went on an Interrail trip through Europe. It was a big adventure for us and we loved meeting tons of different new people!

We are quite easy going and optimistic. We are open minded and very interested in conversations with nice people, making new experiences and finding friends throughout Europe.

We both speak English and Sarcasm fluently, Charlotte also speaks French fluently.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Initially we got registered on Couchsurfing to find locals to stay with during our Interrail trip. We wanted to get to know the people and the culture of the countries we were travelling to on a personal basis. But we are definitely looking forward to hosting someone ourselves in the future!

Now that our first big trip is over we use this account sometimes together, sometimes seperately.

Couchsurfing has simply restored our faith in humanity, that there are genuinely nice people out there who just want to share with strangers. We can't pinpoint one exact event but rather every host has added to our overall amazing experience.

We are always interested in hearing travel stories.
Apart from teaching you the Macarena we can't think of anything right now but we believe that there's always something to learn from other people. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We like to cook and bake so we can definitely share some delicious (cake) recipes with you, we would also enjoy to cook something for or with you.
If you should be interested in learning German, we would also be glad to teach you something in this language, that is really not as terrible as some say.
