I love making new friends, and learning about different cultures across the globe. From studying overseas for three years in London, United Kingdom, and from my experiences travelling to different countries such as Japan, Portugal and Iceland, I have been blessed with opportunities to strike up conversation with strangers around the world, and I love that each encounter helps me better understand how people across the world can connect with each other despite our differences. I believe that my friendly and open personality has given me a platform to have open, honest and meaningful conversations and make new friends, and I love not just learning from them but sharing my experiences with them too.

I enjoy simply immersing myself in nature and appreciating her beautiful sights, smells and sounds. I really love long hikes, and would like to share exciting adventures with others who have a similar spirit for it.

Other than hiking and cooking, I also love reading (both non-fiction and fiction books), long-distance running, horse-riding, singing and playing the piano. I am a Christian, and I sing and play the piano in my local church's music ministry.

I also love cooking, especially healthy and clean food, and like baking or making things like jam. I like taking on new arts and crafts projects, such as painting, felt-knitting or making simple DIY functional tools.
