Three words that can best describe myself would be: open-minded, optimistic, and ESTJ (technically 4 words but who’s counting). I love meeting new people, and listening to people share about themselves - everyone has such great stories to tell and listening to them makes me feel like I learn a bit more about the world.

The idea of couchsurfing has always been an exciting one to me - I love meeting new people and it seems like such a good way to interact and learn about each other’s culture through actually living in someone else’s home rather than in hotels/ hostels.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Up to share stories and adventures - something that fascinates people I’ve met is stories about the life in Singapore - not many know that Singaporeans are mostly bilingual, with English as our primary language! We have a diverse multi-ethnic culture - so diverse that we create our own language “Singlish” that mixes every language and dialect together (think a mix of English, Mandarin, Malay, Indian and more).
