I recently moved to Denver, CO from Portland, OR.

I am a musician - I play the oboe primarily, but I can also sing and play the piano, violin and guitar. My hobbies include writing, reading and cooking . I am currently in the middle of writing my own novel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I heard about couch surfing from a friend and decided to look into it. I think this is an amazing idea and hope that I can participate quite a bit. I am looking forward to being a part of the CS weekly meetups and being able to meet a lot of new people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only time I've ever couchsurfed in my life was in Galway. I only had 5 euro with me - not nearly enough for a hostile, so I decided to stay in the pubs until they closed and figure out something with a little alcohol in me. I ended up just asking some people to let me stay with them for the night, I was given a bed and a shower in the morning. The kids I stayed with were great - an experience I'll never forget!

I like pretty much all kinds of music other than country. Not seen much movies in my life, but my favorite is V for Vendetta.
