ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, easy going, patient, and great listener. I love meeting and talking to people and exploring my world. I recently returned from 6.5 months of traveling, working, and studying in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. I'm a middle and high school special education teacher and recently started working at an inner-city, urban, high school in Indianapolis. Previous to my recent travels, I had been living in Portland, OR for 10 years. I'm currently living in my home-town, Indianapolis, IN. I've returned to be closer to my father who has terminal cancer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted while I was living in Costa Rica, and surfed in Bloomington, IN; Muncie, IN, and in the Berkshire Mtns, MA otherwise I'm still pretty new. Several of my good friends have been hosting and couch surfing for a few years. I've heard great things and am now ready to join in!
