ABOUT ME

I love to learn... about anything and everything. I also like to experience new things, particularly food and cultures that are not my own. I'm willing to try most things once!

I like to think I'm a well-rounded jack-of-all-trades.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the world and the cultures that make it beautiful. Touristic locations exist for a reason, but there is so much more to a woman's face than the cosmetics she uses - couchsurfing is the vehicle to seeing more authentic culture and meeting like-minded friends. (Hope that metaphor made sense.)

Interests

I enjoy about everything; cards, cooking, swimming, hiking, climbing, learning, music, talking, sport, building.... if I haven't done it, I want to. I guess everything has a silver lining and can become enjoyable.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read mainly non-fiction, but I have read some series by Dan Brown, Brian Jacques and some others.

There is a short film: The Butterfly Circus - that's my favorite movie I'd say.

I love music. I like to listen to the radio where I travel. I listen to literally anything and everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked Havasupai (Grand Canyon). If you don't know it, I recommend googling it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Try to be the guest I wouldn't mind hosting. Other than that, I'm an open book and love a good conversation... ask me something and I'll try to answer it/ give you my opinion.
