ABOUT ME

Hello everybody! It is my great pleasure joining CS!
I heard about You from a very good friends of mine. They are CS'mad and used it for several trips all around the world, meeting a lot of beautiful people. To me this is the chance to start to build up my CS mad mind!!!!
I am a vegetarian cook in London. At the moment I am working for The People Supermarket an amazing place in central London.The idea of this newly developed place is to cook from all the food that cannot be sold, basically from the waste.I think It is preatty cool,isn't it?
As italian I love good food and as a sommelier i love good wine, sometimes I can be very fussy on this!
My friends always complain when I am choosing wine,
They say it takes me more time to choose it and not to drink it!!!! ;)))but...
The proof of the wine is in the drinking!!!!

I am amazed when I am looking at Caravaggios and Durers and Picabias...
I listen classical music as well...my big love is Tchaikovsky and his violin concertos and Mozart of course with his genius vibes...
