About Me
All foodies in the world, you're welcomed to my house! I've been crazy about food since my youth, trained and learned hard as a chef, and now running some wagyu restaurants (Kyoto, Hokkaido and next year in Tokyo).
Why don't we cook together at my home? Not necessary to be a professional. I will cook Japanese home meals, not restaurant food like sushi or ramen, Shopping at local supermarket, cook at local house, it will be the nice way to feel local, won't it?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want make a chance of communication between local Japanese and foreign guests.
For you guests, it would be nice talk with local Japanese (not only me).
For local Japanese, who can't take long vacation enough to go abroad, it's a great chance to see people from all around world.
So, I try to hold a cooking party as long as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hey, stop talking about music. Just go to a karaoke box, sing and dance. You can't go back home without trying Japanese local karaoke.
