HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a bad couchsurfer, and I apologize! Unfortunately I cannot host right now, as I've moved to a smaller place with limited space. I would love to meet up with visitors to NYC/Brooklyn, especially for good beers or great food, or exploring neighborhoods. I have met with some wonderful people from this site and I hope to continue.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During the summers of '98 and '99, I spent 3-4 weeks on the road, traveling across the US, with the main purpose of following a band. While the almost-nightly concerts was the evening entertainment, the actual traveling was my favorite part. From learning about different cultures across the states, staying in hotels and camping in different terrains, and crashing on friends' couches, I got a tiny taste of what world travel can be.

Traveling, gourmet and specialty foods (specifically cheeses, micro- and foreign brewed beers), music, the arts, cooking, exploring local and distant neighborhoods, reading and learning about new cultures.
