People call me Cheila, maybe 'cause it's my name, we'll never know :D

I'm very interested in exploring and getting to know the world, one day at a time!

I'm a physiotherapist since June 2017, but I'm actually a singer/musician as you can look for in YouTube or facebook (adversiting myself on couchsurfing 😅). And recently I’ve also became a...wait for it... laughter yoga therapist! Since laughing releases more endorphins (happy hormones) in your brain, there’s no happier profession 😂👌

In September 2016 I've been 2 months Erasmus (exchange programe) in Lithuania, for what I got the chance to begin my couchsurfing experience visiting Poland, which was great :D

In March 2017 I've decided to visit some friends studying in Groningen, Netherlands, and than make the most of the trip by stoping by in some other European cities. I needed to stress out of all the worries of our daily life, and it completely worked :) Best choice I've ever made no doubt of it, so I'm looking foward to the next experience and opportunity to share my culture, stories and interests and learn from you all as well :)

I can say Now that I'm a travelholic or a backpackholic 😂👌

Oh and if you're thinking about me as a host, please note that I'm living on Carregado (small town 30min from Lisbon, but with easy transportations - train or bus - to get you in the city centre). I'll be glad to host you if it suits you :)

To love life the best I can, and possibilite the same for others.
We have to always be capable of expecting the best of the world, otherwise we won't recognize The Good when it's right in front of our eyes :)
