ABOUT ME

I´am a happy person. Always with a smile :) And usually with lots of energy.
I work with seafood, sustainable consumption and production of food. I'm a PhD student trying to find the sustainability of the fish consumption in Portugal.
I love nature, adventure, being with friends, cooking, drinking, having fun, good music, dance!
I love going outdoors, feel the nature cycles, know more about growing vegetables, the origin of food, find old traditions. And I like to be inspired by people, listen life histories and memories. Understand how it was and why.
Sometimes I feel myself as a young child, asking many questions! But I believe we should never loose the ability to be surprised by the world.

Working (yes, I love my work, not all days but most of them), jogging, yoga, dancing, hiking, camping, reading, drawing - scratch book...knitting was my last discover! Or simple things as living in a nice place, invite friends to come, cook good food, drink good wine, have good conversations...stay, enjoy, no plans, good feeling!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have always very nice coincidences appearing in my life. And I'm very grateful for that. One of the nicest moments was to find my dog after 2 months he got lost. A family pick him, adopted and take care of the dog. And then they gave me back when they saw the announcement asking for the dog. It was a lucky! And a good lesson to don't forget that we should never give up.
