About Me
Hi there!
My name is Chelsea and I am a 20 year old student from New Zealand. I am currently doing my final year of studies abroad in Leeds, UK. I am studying Criminology and Psychology. I hope to continue my studies in indigenous criminology to help further research into helping indigenous populations in prisons. I volunteer for a group back home called People Against Prisons Aotearoa. We started as a prison abolition group that aimed to help the LGBTQI community in prisons. This group is still our main focus however now we broaden our scope to all those facing discrimination and bad treatment in New Zealand Prisons.
I love to travel and am so blessed to have the opportunity to be studying abroad and travelling in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stayed in a Berber tent in the Sahara desert in Morocco for a night. I spent the night here learning about the culture and partying with the Moroccans. It was one of the best nights of my life.
