About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet fun locals during my travel adventures! Seeing tourist attractions is interesting for a bit, but then I want to see a new place from a local's perspective. Of course, meeting interesting and fun people is a plus, no matter where you are.
Interests
Finding amazing food, fun people, beautiful scenery, great music, and other new, fun and interesting experiences around the world! Plus, tea, wine, cheese, hiking, snowshoeing, campfires, the ocean, aquariums, dancing, live music, road trips, laughing, movies, picnics, good historical fiction, pumpkins, ice cream sandwiches, and good conversation over a good meal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacked from Portugal to China (with a couple quick flights over most of the Middle East and the Himalayas).
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to fold a perfect paper crane or bake a fruit pie from scratch.
I would like to learn to play the guitar, but that might be ambitious for a CS stay. I would settle for a good recommendation on a place to eat, a new musician, or good new book or movie.
I can share my talent for reciting tongue twisters or recommendations for any of the places I've traveled before.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Besides a tongue twister recital and pie? Travel adventure stories, of course!
