Interests

I cook a lot, mostly Taiwanese style dishes which preserve the original tastes of the food ingredients. Whisky, coffee and tea are also what I love, and I'm learning coffee roasting now. I have great passion for art and music as well. It'd be nice if we can go to some exhibitions or concert sometimes. Beside this, I have traveled to several countries and hiked a lot. Probably would go wind-surfing and scuba-diving when I have time this year.
