ABOUT ME

I was born in California but lived most of my adult life in Hawaii. Permanently moved away from Hawaii about a year ago. I miss the laid back island lifestyle. I am not used to the concept of things being accessible. Or driving long distances on open road. Being on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for a long time does that to you!

Normal stuff. I will go out, but I tend to favor laid back establishments. I don't like to get all dressed up.

I don't have any weird obsessions. I am somewhat of a boxing junkie though.

I like hiking. Not the strenuous kind where you have to scale the side of a mountain. More like the kind you can complete in less than an hour, wearing flip-flops with a backpack full of beers strapped to your back. That is one thing I miss about Hawaii. Nothing like sitting on a mountain top and watching the sun set into the ocean while sipping beers with good friends.

Most of the songs on my IPOD are Reggae. But I will listen to almost anything. Live music is always preferred. So feel free to suggest music festivals or concerts.
