I am an energy healer/performer/teacher. I help people help themselves. I never stop learning.

Art is my desire.
Healing is my intent.
Dance is my breath.
Music is my muse.
Laughter is the best medicine.
To play is a vehicle for communion with the divine.
Writers are artists too.

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others the way you want to be treated. I like to be treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. Life is an art; and a practice. I want to live artfully so I can die gracefully.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far. My husband and I love to travel and make friends.

Our family home in SLC has hosted over 800 people over the last 40 years and we look to continue the tradition.

We're all about creating an international community of heart-centered characters. :)

Wellness and mind-body connection are my jam. I teach breathwork, energy work, body awareness, chakra clearing, energy grounding, sound healing, improv games, and other self-empowerment techniques. I typically work with people who want to heal and integrate traumatic experiences through self-discovery.

I love to learn about what it means to be human on the planet earth. There's nothing I enjoy more than a good story about life.

Looking to share a good laugh, swap life lessons, and hopefully learn something new.
