ABOUT ME

i am always looking for new experiences, challenges and discoveries; in my private life as a traveller (>160 countries so far) and in my business life as a researcher. most people would consider me as funny and a little bit crazy (in a positive way). sometimes i end up in extreme situations, e.g. i was once lost in the jungle in costa rica for 3 nights, alone, with hardly any equipment. i seriously thought i would die there, but i made my own way out - and in the end it was by far the best experience in my life...

- survived the jungle in costa rica after getting lost for 3 nights
- hiked illimani in bolivia (6450m), ojos del salado in chile (6890m)
- travelled certain parts of europe with my sleeping bag just doing wild camping to get the experience of freedom
