Hi! I’m Chiara, from Argentina, but after many years in Brazil I feel a little Brazilian too :)

I’m someone who really enjoys meeting people from different places and understanding how they live, think, and see the world. For me, traveling is not only about visiting a place, but about the people, the conversations, the little local details, and the memories that stay with you after.

I’m friendly, talkative, open-minded, and curious. I love dancing, nature, spontaneous plans, and trying new things. I also like taking photos while I travel because it helps me keep a piece of the moment with me.

I work with international business, partnerships, and global tech/events, so I’m used to being around different cultures and moving between places. That made me very adaptable and easygoing.

As a guest, I’m respectful, clean, independent, and considerate. I really value when someone opens their home, so I always try to be mindful of their routine, space, and house rules. For me, Couchsurfing is not about finding a free place to stay, but about having a more real and human travel experience.

I’m happy to share stories, go for a walk, grab coffee, exchange travel tips, or also just keep things simple and chill depending on the vibe.

Just to be clear, as a guest I’m only comfortable with a separate sleeping space, and I use Couchsurfing in the original spirit of cultural exchange and human connection, not as a dating app. Hope that makes sense :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think the best part of traveling is the people.

I like meeting locals and travelers from different backgrounds, learning from them, and seeing places through their eyes instead of only as a tourist. Even a simple conversation can completely change the way you experience a city.

For me, Couchsurfing is about connection, trust, cultural exchange, and the kind of memories you don’t get in a hotel.
