ABOUT ME

I'm a traveller. Whenever I get interested in someone, something or some place, I have to go there, see it by myself. You can always stay at my place, some friends tell me that I have inherited my Mom's hospitality. That hospitality does go too far somethimes when I intend to try out some brand new recipe and therefore disappear in the kitchen to afterwards admit that it tasted only somewhat delicous. Constant processing has brought me to a decent level though, since I'm always willing to elaborate with people from various places around the world ;) If you want to be on the save side, don't hesitatet to show me some cuisine of your country or origin.

Experiences, personal encounters and in general things which are priceless but always worth a good story. Stories, any grandpa could tell his grandchildren someday. I do neither play the guitar, nor am I able to start an open fire but getting to know people on travels and getting to know myself apart from my daily routine as a student at the University of Regensburg where I major in Real Estate, really enrichens my life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

During my visit as a high school student in the United States, I spent 2 Weeks in Alaska. I was just astonished by the silence of Denali National Park in between the two biggest cities in Alaska, Fairbanks and Anchorage. Hours apart from grocery stores and "civilization" I' ve gotten to know the most humble and helpful people. The untouched nature and dog sleds as a means of transportation gave the perfect contrast to NYC, which I visited just after.

This year, I was allowed to participate in a Muslim festival of the sacrifice in Clermont- Ferrand, France. My friend Amadou and his friends from Senegal introduced me to their culture, shared some stories about their lives in Africa and let me be the only visitor amongst 40 brothers and sister to participate in their rituals and enjoy their traditional meal.
