ABOUT ME
Well.. it's not so easy intoducing oneself in just a few lines but here it goes; I'm orginally from Belgium but currently live in Austria where I teach French to teenagers - and love it most of the time! About my personality: I am quite shy when I'm around strangers so that I often give the impression of being cold but well I'm not really like that and I would even say that when I get to know people, I usually get very talkative. My friends say I am very curious, as I always want to know everything about everything and everyone. Actually, I rather think I like knowing the world I live in, so that I am interested in many things (see my interests below). Other important aspects of my personality: I am very untidy, always late, and really clumsy (which leaves me with a few good stories, though). Besides, I think I am rather independant and like doing things my way, as I'm quite stubborn. And finally, I love partying, living on the moment (although I often overthink things) and I am always up for a laugh.
PHILOSOPHY
Still trying to figure it out
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I unfortunately don't have a couch to offer, but as soon as I get my own place, I'll be happy to receive people! You can always get in touch with me for coffee or drink, though!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
For the few experiences I've had on CS so far, I can tell I really like the concept! I'm looking forward to try it again.
Interests
I love travelling - obviously! I love the UK (especially Edinburgh where I lived during my Erasmus). I like cinema and theatre. I like music, concerts and festivals. I'm very interested in painting (I like Kandinsky, Matisse, Monet, Klimt - and so many others!- and I love painting museums in general). I like literature, mythology and Celtic legends. I love languages (especially English, German and Italian). I feel concerned with ecology (not to sound cool, I promise). I like scouting. I like sports (hiking, biking, jogging...) Love good food... Could go on for a while :)
