About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world and see it in all its beauty, as long this is still possible!

ABOUT ME

I was born in Germany but my roots lie in South India, Kerala.
Grown up in Heidelberg bi-lingually and always with the need to explore new frontiers, which led me to New Zealand for one year in a student exchange program (AFS) when I was 16 years old.
After studying aeronautical engineering in Hamburg and working for Airbus for the last 5 years, I realized that I reached my dream to soon and so I decided to quit my job and my flat to explore the world before I will not have this freedom anymore and will settle down sometime and be "tied down" in the ordinary life with an awesome wife and some kids. Functioning in our system.
I am very easy to get on with, straight forward and honest.
I like to laugh and am an absolute teamplayer, who does everything required to keep the spirit lifted.
I am passionate about the things I do and you can often tell easily if I like what I am doing or not, as I mostly do not hide my feelings.
My interests are travelling, diving, photography, meeting new people, sharing thoughts about various things, reading, hiking and doing sports, such as running and playing soccer.

PHILOSOPHY

What you give - is what you get.

Don't try to make yourself smaller or bigger than you are, but instead try to make other feel big and great!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to get under the surface of a new culture and staying with locals, who open and share their home is the best and only way to really see, how it is like in that country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My exchange year in New Zealand, when I was 16 years old was really awesome! I still call my family in New Zealand "mum and dad".
My connection to my many relatives in India let me see the world from not just the point of view which is based on western society.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to share all the experience I made so far, if the interest is there.
Experience I made in my working life, in my travelling life and in my private life. Sharing interests and thoughts are very important.
