ABOUT ME

A retired Chinese man over 70 used to travel worldwide. Would like to make some well-educated & decent friends of all ages across the world & travels more while I can still afford, physically & fiscally. Desirous to keep myself young at heart & in spirit for the remaining days, so youngsters as my agitators are most welcome. I can show you folks around Hong Kong & many parts of mainland China & have a cup of tea or coffee with you as well.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

To have traveled to South Vietman just less than 2 months before its takeover by the Communist regime in North Vietnam when distant bombings could be heard at nights after curfew in Saigon (renamed Ho Chi Minh after Vietnam unification), to have flied over the southern part of the Himalyias by the rescuing Royal Air Force of Nepal after the severe landslide in the interior of Nepal blocking the land travel from Pokhara back to the capital Kathmandu, to have a special tour in North Korea & look back on South Korea in the military zone under the common control of both sides with the US army as the 3rd party in the military zone, the unique travels in Burma (Myanmar) and Mongolia (which was so different in many aspects from the Inner Mongolia remaining as part of mainland China), my recent package tour in different cities in Iran, longhaul trrips in South America and Antarctica, etc.
