About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To find my place in this world.
ABOUT ME
Ah I'm just a guy trying to figure out what it means to be out of school and living in the world, making my own way under my own steam. Trying to balance work and life and dreams, all on the head of a pin it sometimes seems.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life by my own moral code, which hasn't really been completely worked out yet. I don't pretend to know the meaning of life, but I always keep my mind open to the things which might guide me towards it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
On my cycling trip around Lake Erie, I spent a night at a volunteer firehouse. The guys there were anxious to hear my stories of the road and give me a hot shower and a good meal. I won't forget the looks on their faces when I told them I would be sleeping outside in the thunderstorm rather than inside.
Interests
Cycling, running, hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, climbing (definitely a beginner), reading, writing, everything outdoors.
Also live music, dancing to cheesy pop or even 80's music, and whatever sweet idea someone brings up next.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Very eclectic, I'm open to new things all the time. Movies - anything that sucks me in and takes me for a ride. Books - fantasy, the classics, books on other cultures.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think working as an exercise rider for thoroughbred racehorses was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I have no doubt that I will go back to that at some point soon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to teach someone the eerie silence of standing on top of a mountain, or the adrenaline rush of running down it as a thunderstorm rolls in and makes your hair stand on end.
I'd love to share my love for new places and natural settings, I love planning trips for people who are visiting and going with them.
I'd love to learn whatever it is you have to teach me, no matter how seemingly insignificant.
