Hi, I'm Chloe (see right of photo) and this is Ev (see left). We are a couple and we are traveling to Canada on a working holiday visa.
We would really appreciate meeting people locally and learning about the area together. If you're happy to take us around that sounds great, if life happens and you're too busy we are also happy to entertain ourselves. We would love to thank you for taking us in by cooking up a good meal!

Couch surfing makes travel more accessible and we love meeting people and appreciate local insight into a new place.

Interests

We are currently shooting for a documentary project at home in the UK, but you may catch me (Chloe) working on the edit when not exploring. Ev is an avid climber, I have to say he is quite good! He loves all things technology and web design is the day job. We are both handy too - Ev enjoys fixing a bike and I enjoy working with Metal, which is my day job.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like all sorts of music and look forward to hearing what you enjoy. We often dance to funk and soul and put lofi on when we want to concentrate.

A couple films we liked recently include: I'Tonya (dark comedy), knives out (mystery Comedy), the wind rises (anime).

We listen to podcasts a favourite is Hidden Brain and I've just finished reading a book called The girl with the louding voice, which I recommend!

Teach, Learn, Share

We like cooking and baking and would love to share some food with you.
Our native language is English, I actually took a TEFL course once. I'll admit I haven't used it to date but I'd be very happy to help with any English practise! We would like to learn Spanish but we are very early on the journey.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can offer food, company, English language practice, Ev is happy to teach you a bit about bike maintenance or offer some IT help. We will tidy up after ourselves and are happy to chip in on chores. We aim to be a positive temporary addition to your home. If there is anything you need from us, please let us know!
