Hello !! I am now on a new aventure with my boyfriend. I was a big fan of CS when travelling alone, but kow we are two, we tend to do more workaways (voluntering program) so we can still meet locals but also help then more ! I added our workaway reviews to the photo section.

Here is some more info about us and this new travel/life project we started in April 2024 :

We are Miquel and Chloé, Spanish and French, 29 and 27.
-> Miquel was born in Barcelona, from an Argentinian family. He studied air navigation engineer and got a Master's degree in cybersecurity management.
Since then, he has been working in top firms and companies making internet a safer place. One day he decided to leave everything behind and travel around the world.
-> Chloé : I was born in France and travelled a lot for my studies. I graduated with a Master's in
Humanitarian Project Management after studying in France, Argentina and Ireland. After my studies, I worked in different NGOs in France and Ecuador and then went travelling in South and Central America.
==> And that is when we met! First day in Peru for both of us, at the beginning of our respective travels. We shared a lot of food exploration, sunsets, crazy hikes and treks, a few workaways, surf sessions and finally realised that it was not just a travel love story... So we moved together to Barcelona, found some jobs and started saving money and imagining our new project.

• So what is this project?
Well, following the Silk Road and arriving to the Pacific Ocean ! If possible without taking any planes.
The main idea is to take our time, make it slow travel, meet people doing a lot of workaways, couchsurfing, enjoy nature doing hikes and surf, and embrace local culture (like food !!). We are leaving with no end date but with a lot of curiosity to see and learn on the road.

We speak Spanish, English, French and Catalan, we do not smoke and prefer to eat vegetarian (but will eat meat to try a local dish). We love hiking, surfing, cooking, playing music (Miquel) , playing with dogs, take photograph (Chloé) discovering new people and culture.

I had the chance to visit lots of countries and live for almost two years in South America.

5 days camping on an isolated island into the Amazonian Forest, with (too) big spiders as roomates
