Hey, grew up in RI, and have been traveling the country for the last 5 years, been many places and met a diversity of people from all backgrounds and cultures. It’s been a blessing and a gift to have seen real beauty in my eyes, been in direct relationship with the land and met beautiful individuals that have taught me more than I could ever seek to learn.

Música, películas y libros

I really like good beats and drums, cultured music, kirtan music, anything I can dance to, rock, ambient, classical, so many others. For books right now, I was gifted the alchemist and the hidden life of trees during my travels so those two I will read next. For movies, I keep on watching the 1987 karate kid haha has a spot in my heart. I’ve also been into the permaculture documentary Inhabit, and natural farming doc Food, Earth, Happiness.

Trust yourself, you are enough. Presence, with your body, with the bird, and each other, is the answer. As soon as you think about life you stop living in presence with it. You are life.

We can practice yoga, play music and talk about how to grow food. We also can share and connect in anyway that it flows. I mostly just enjoy listening and being present with someone else.
