I grew up in Florida and after moving north for university, I now live in the amazing city of Portland, Maine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When visiting new places, I hope to make friends with people who live there and create unforgettable memories with them. I would always rather spend money on experiences with my hosts than on chain hotels.

Interests

Road trips: I have visited 38 out of fifty states in the U.S., and my goal is to visit all fifty by the time I turn 25!

I am very interested in sociology/anthropology, cooking and food, photography, films, books, local histories, science, sailing, and exploring new cultures. As I visit diverse countries and regions, I am excited to discover new music, new traditions, and explore how people live their day-to-day lives in different parts of the world.
