Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn, to share, to experience. To have the opportunity not just to see a place for what it's well known for, but to also experience it from a local's perspective that's a unique experience that couchsurfing allows a traveller to do. It's also something that I have not yet had the opportunity to do!

Interests

I always have a camera in my hand. It's where I've always been most comfortable. I just love the idea of being able to capture moments, people, places and even ideas. Photography can be so many things and for me - I'm not a photographer, just an enthusiast - and being behind the camera is like being home.

I love film too! But I'm most passionate about online media. There's a tender place in my heart for filmmakers using online platforms.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to music ALL THE TIME. There's no set genre for me, but I'm pretty keen on soundtracks.

I don't know how people have favourite movies. I can dislike a movie, but if I enjoy something I enjoy it. Maybe, I just haven't found that ONE movie that is above all others just yet.

Books, books, books. I can't imagine a world without books. Just couldn't. To timeless classics to scifi adventures to the back of cereal boxes, I have and I will read it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first night I set foot in London. New Year's Eve 2014.
