To experience as much different food and culture as I can before I get tied down with one of those things they call a career!

ABOUT ME

I love to travel, and have been backpacking and working around Europe for a bit now, there is just so much to see and so many amazing people to meet and so much culture, I think I'm going to keep doing this for a little while longer!

PHILOSOPHY

The Unexamined Steak is Not Worth Eating. Yes, I am vegetarian, well technically peskatarian, but I do have reasons for this, I'm not just a lazy vegetarian :) I strongly believe in helping the environment by recycling, re-using and doing the little bit I can to preserve this planet. When I get home I will go and plant hundreds of trees to try and make up for all my Carbon emissions whilst I've been travelling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I do eventually get home to Adelaide, I will be more than happy to host as many other travellers as I can, I know how much it means to meet someone like-minded, with local knowledge and have a free bed for the night!

I love to cook, try new foods, surf (on a surfboard), play football, ski, chill out at the beach, read a good book and of course, travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked a winter in the French Alps and one in the Austrian Alps. Something I'll never forget, pretty incredible.

Teach, Learn, Share

Freeze whole chillis and then grate them into cooking, rather than trying to chop them finely.
