ABOUT ME

I'm Jarrod! I'm married to my beautiful wife Helen, aka Skrat. She's English but otherwise an awesome lass. I'm Australian and grew up on the east coast in Sydney more or less. We've been living in Perth since I was based here with work a year ago.

I'll be heading to Europe in September to realise the Oktoberfest dream with Helen, her best friend and my best mate. I'll be over there for 4 weeks and looking to couch surf in Berlin and possibly the Czech Republic.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've had a lot of "couchsurfers" stay over the years but they have always been friends of friends and haven't been through this site. We love having people stay as it adds a bit of excitement to what can otherwise be a monotonous work week. At present we are living with two other housemates so are unable to host anyone but are planning to once we move to Brisbane at the end of this year.

Interests

Interested in music, politics, aviation in a non aero-sexual way, cooking, wine and brewing and drinking beer. Oh yeah... and salty food. A heart attack is on the cards for me.
