Hey soul family 👋🏼

I’m back in Europe after many years away reconnecting with the land and beautiful people here. I had planned to travel in a van and spend time in nature however life has backflipped since being here and unforeseen circumstances have forced me to surrender to simplicity.

A lil about me. I live my life centred in compassion and trust and share love and connection as openly as possible. In Australia I run a small community yoga Studio in the town I live, I teach outdoor education in schools and am a Zen Thai Shiatsu practitioner, which is a form of floor bodywork which follows the principles of Chinese medicine.

For now I’m in a stage of exploration, curiosity, freedom and expression.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am diving back into the realms of Couchsurfing while I complete my travels here in Croatia/ maybe Slovenia over the next 3 weeks. I have had a lot of challenges recently and am seeking to be around loving people and nourishing environments. Slow time in nature and hiking mountains is what I would love to achieve in this time. I’d love to explore together or be supported along the journey/ assisted to find places in nature that will hold me.

Life is a beautiful exchange of energy. When I have been travelling I have been so supported by beautiful humans. When I’m at home I am always sharing the spare room with the travelling fam. What a blessing to give and receive.

Teach, Learn, Share

Life for me is minimal at this time and I can’t contribute much financially however I can share the practices of yoga and meditation and it would be my privilege to share massage therapy with you. I’m tidy and respectful and am more than happy to contribute in any ways that I can. I bring loving awareness, kindness and positivity everywhere I flow. Plus I’m a little bit of a wizard in the kitchen and would love to share meals.
