ABOUT ME

I never REALLY travelled until I had a nervous breakdown at my first job out of college, in commercial real estate. A year of effing misery pushed me to run away to the beautiful land of Australia to figure out who I really am and what I'm really looking for. I'm still figuring that one out but I get closer every day, and having an effing ball doing it.

Through a series of serendipitous events, I discovered permaculture and spirituality. I am now completely married to natural building, shamanism, and travelling, and I think it's death-do-us-part.

It's effing hilarious when I think back and can attribute everything I am today to two of the worst moments in my life. I really believe that everything happens for a reason, and those moments of truly heartbreaking life-sucking blips in the radar of life are to be totally grateful for, because there is no better way out there of biatchslapping you awake and telling you to take charge of your own destiny.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hmm, there are so many moments but the creme de la creme was an amazingly spiritual experience on San Pedro at the Templo de Luna in Cusco. I have never truly understood Bob Marley's One Love until that moment. It is the most defining moment in my life, a 12 hour long lovegasm.

Passion is contagious. If you can talk about scab picking with a feverish obsession, I can feel it.
