I am a 28 male from Scotland that has travelled, had fun and is keen for more! My current interests revolve heavily around photography, writing, art and socialising. My blog is at www.scottishbedouin.wordpress.com for anyone interested and to give you a sense of myself.

I am looking to meet like minded individuals during my travels to share experiences and good times.

I detest being bored and love to be active, even if it is simply talking with kindred spirits.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I am travelling extensively so it is quite difficult for me to host. However, I do have friends in Scotland that I may be able to arrange something with for anyone interested.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I have not yet been active on the site. I have been couch surfing with friends and friends of the family since I was 19 across the world. I don't like overstaying a welcome and would rather have short visits that leave me coming back that prolonged stays. In fact I am just back home for a few days after staying with friends in Norther Ireland for a week with a return visit possible in another week!

Anything from Tarantino, Kevin Smith, Coen Brothers or similar for films. Music? From Bach to Prince, from Jack Johnson to Sbtrkt, from Metallica to Credence I love almost all of it.... Just don't talk about XFactor, please!
Books? My hero is Hunter.S.Thompson, Kerouac has a special place in my heart although sometimes you can't beat a bit of SciFi and Fantasy.

Too many to count in terms of travelling. Joining the Fire Service, as a volunteer, in Scotland was pretty cool though. I did my safe to manage qualification and while being trained got to ride in the front seat of a state of the art fire appliance in full kit and helmet thinking to myself "If six year old me could see me now, they would be a happy little boy!" It was neat and brought a smile to my face.
