I'm an Australian illustrator from Sydney where I live with my girlfriend, four buddies and a cat called Clementine. I draw a fair bit, take the occasional photo and am trying to improve my cooking. I'm sort of staggering through beginner French too.

Currently driving from LA to NY in a temperamental Volvo and having a hell of a time.

Me and my friends have been travelling across the states and have had a wicked time meeting and getting to know new and fantastically interesting people. I want to continue having wonderful experiences like this and couch surfing seems like the bee's-knees way to go.

Reading: Ferlinghetti, Bukowski, Shaun Tan, Moebius, Margaret Atwood and, at the moment, socially-relevant science fiction in general. More recently, Naomi Klein's non-fiction work on climate change. I'm fascinated by the potential end of the world as we know it.
