What's up Coachsurfing world? My name is Chris and in April 2018 I am setting off on a long-term, round the world stroll. My launching point is Los Angeles, CA with my first stop being the amazing country of New Zealand. Next stop? Wherever feels right at that moment. I hope to experience all that the world has to offer, including meeting many of you in this community.

I'm an easy-going traveler with an unquenchable sense of wonder and curiosity. I have a great respect for people and their homes/property and appreciate any support shown while doing my best to not only return the favor but pay it forward.

I love this question as it embodies the Coachsurfing community. I like to think I'm a respectful person; I understand it's no small thing to open your house to a stranger so I try my best to make the experience great for everyone. I'm clean, quiet and organized. Having everything in one backpack means there's very little to worry about. I always make a point to help my host around the house and possibly cook a meal or two.
