I am a 40 year old male. My grandparents were from Germany, and Ukraine. I was brought up to be respectful and responsible. Non smoker, no drug, and social drinker. Love traveling and my English bulldog. Like being out side, and in nature. Can’t go wrong with beaches. Open minded and open to try new things. I am a cancer patient and have done chemo, radiation and surgery and am finished with it now. After that I have learned life is short and decided to enjoy life and decided that means time to travel alot more and get out of my comfort zone. I realize now the world is a big place and there is so much I want to see and do. At home in Canada I was sales representative and did MMA before I broke my back and knee forcing a lot of surgeries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some one told me to check it out. And I have sold my house to try to tour some of the world as I was diagnosed with cancer and dealt with it now. Because of the cancer and all the traveling I had to do for tests and treatments,and not working during the cancer period money definately became much tighter. Unfortunately it took this experience to make me realize life is short and there is alot I want to see.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have Been to Colombia to see the amazon and spent nights in the jungle, I was able to do that and while I was in Colombia I was asked to model and act and ended up doing a Netflix series and a big Hollywood movie with major Hollywood actors. I never imagined ever doing either of these things and both were unreal.

Love to see how real people live when I travel to other countrys. I have helped other people learn English in Colombia both adults and children. I have also helped 2 people start businesses.
