About Me
I'm Chris I'm traveling long-term for the first time in my life. In many ways this is a brand new chapter in my life, and part of making that special is all the amazing people I keep meeting on the way. I am always amazed by the kindess and generosity of the people I meet and hope to repay that one day when I'm back in my home country.
In general, I am a keen consumer of culture, landscape and coffee. I'm a huge fan of chilling out, especially after the harder parts of travelling, getting to know about new people and their lives with all the crazy diversity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've grown accustomed to living in the kinds of homes that host guests; either friends or burners and hippies that me or my housemates have met. I think it's an amazing thing to offer a part of your home to someone and am always appreciative of what that means.
Part of me wanting to travel was to meet all the amazing people out there in the world.
I'm traveling in New Zealand and Australia for the first half of 2016 and am looking forward to experiencing a whole host of new things. I plan on going to festivals, hike, volunteer and generally see a different part of the world.
