About Me
Frankly, I am as clueless in writing this section as I am understanding science hahahha.
Anyway, personality-wise, I am quite different from the people here in this site. While most of you are adventurous and outdoorsy, I am an introvert who enjoy solitary/hang out and spend time with a few friends chatting more than partying and dancing in a club. Well, quiet is the word, I think, that fits me better.
Having said that, this aspect of my personality does not diminish my interest in meeting new and interesting people. Although I might seem quiet in the beginning, as soon as we get to know each other more, I can get pretty... noisy? sometimes.
Travelling does seem to grow its bud on me as I age. Never truly understood the purpose of travelling other than sight-seeing when I was young. Well, it is a lot more than it I suppose. The life, the culture, the experience, are all part and parcel of travelling.
Sincerely hope that I have the opportunity to explore and the learn the world as much as I could!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe culture can only be learned and experienced most effectively through human interaction, especially with the locals! So yeah, meeting new people, sharing perspective and experience etc, couchsurfing would be the most ideal platform to do these.
This will be a big step forward from my comfort zone. Although there might be a slight chance of me being uncomfortable with this new experience, but the thought of getting to meet some strangers and become friends can actually overwhelm the uneasiness and I am looking forward to it!
Interests
Big fan of football (or soccer)/futsal! Love doing something and being good at something are two different thing though hahha. Have been a fan of Manchester United since I was 10. However, I do appreciate and respect players with great personality, skills and abilities, even when they are from a rival team.
Books! It's a shame an introvert do not like reading hahaha. Nevertheless, it's even more of a shame that a reader's memory sucks so bad that he could not remember the plot or storyline of a book after some time. Well, I am definitely one of them. Not remembering every single book that I have read can be frustrating because I cant share the joy with fellow readers, but it can be a good thing on the other hand, as I would not mind reading it again.
Movies and series! Enough said. I can't really part them from my life. Almost everyday I would watch an episode of a series. Entertain me well huh.
Manga! Big big big fan of One Piece. I have reread it for more than three times. Nothing beats it, seriously.
Oh yeah, there is one more thing that is peculiar enough that happens to be one my interests, people-watching. Well, it is the main reason driving me to study what I study. I could easily spend all day watching people across the street, in the coffee shop, or in the mall, as long as there is a spot for me to perform such activity without looking suspicious or creepy hahahha. It is interesting to observe and guess what the people are going to do, where they are going to stop, what their relationship is with the others walking with them. Humans are interesting, aren't they?

Music, Movies, and Books
I can't really name all the things that I find interesting, because as I said, my memory does not serve me well. Gonna wait for it to ring a bell by itself and write down a list someday.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My life has been ordinary thus far, except for one thing. I am currently (Dec 2014 - Apr 2015) under a Work and Travel Program in the US. This is one big breakthrough considering my reserved personality. Oddly enough, I find it relatively exciting and I am really enjoying it. The best decision I have made in my life!
