I'm a sporty scientist working in industry right now. For a long time I lived in Kiel and still have friends there. I recently moved to Hamburg so now I have a bigger apartment in Hamburg. I can be host and show you around for both, Kiel and Hamburg :). Just ask nicely, and I see if there is time :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new persons, countries, and cultures. I like conversations in general and I like showing people around. I lived for a long time in USA and I remember that I was very glad for so many nice and welcoming people. This inspired me to be here.

What I Can Share with Hosts

About hosting: My apartment is at Hamburg Central Park (Stadtpark) at main metro S1 (station Rübenkamp), so only 15 Min from Hamburg main train station/city center. You will be excellently connected and for the night can sleep separately in my living/working room. The red couch converts to a full bed. Window blinds can be closed and it is very quiet (no loud street).
I know a lot of things to visit here in Hamburg and also in Kiel. Just approach me, if you need any advise :)
