Chris - I love to learn and to teach others! My patience comes in handy with my middle school students. I was born in California, raised in Florida, lived in Honduras and now consider it my second 'home'.

Sharon - I am very passionate in everything I do! I am also compassionate and encouraging and use those gifts to work as a cancer nurse.

We both believe in the work hard / play hard mentality!
Our favorite pastimes are hiking, photography, learning about history and attending musicals.
We believe in the teachings of Jesus and attempt to love other people sacrificially as he did.

We are on CouchSurfing to meet people, especially ones from different cultures or with different life experiences than our own! We desire to expand our knowledge of other people and places. We want to get off the beaten path to experience the local custom and not the tourist 'show'. So far, our experience hosting other CouchSurfers and being hosted has been amazing! We feel it is a mutually beneficial arrangement that expands our knowledge of the world one person at a time.
