I’m from the Netherlands and coming to work in Leuven as an urban designer. I'd love to get to know people in this new city to hang out with.

I would describe myself as friendly, open minded, curious about other people and their interests. I appreciate being on myself but also enjoy good company.

I'm quite new to couchsurfing, considering I never used it very intensively, but it's a great way to meet new interesting people and their cultures. It is the best way to see the world at your doorstep and a very easy way to socialize in other countries. So far my experiences have been very good both in hosting and surfing.

Musica, film e libri

Different kinds of music, can be anything. In general I like most Indie/Post Rock music like Explosions in the Sky, God is an Astronaut, Maybeshewill, Spindrift, If These Trees Could Talk, The Evpatoria Report

I don't watch a lot of movies but I like Spaghetti westerns because of their great music, cinematography, slow pace. I like Tarantino movies for being awesome in general

Very happy to have been received at home by local people in the developing world. Puts your world in perspective and makes you a more straightforward person and live unpretentious.
