About Me

Growing up in the desert of Phoenix, Arizona. I've always been drawn to the vastness of the territories surrounding. There's always been a longing to get out of the city and venture out into the unknown. Every summer I would go up to Montana and hike deep into the monstrous mountains. Camping and living off of freshly caught fish for days.

In my young adult years I have come to gain a relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In 2013 I took a major leap of faith and journeyed from Arizona to Hawaii were I became plugged into a local church, playing drums on the worship team and as a barista in the cafe. Living everyday as my last was the primary goal. That's how I still intend to live, seeking opportunity and living a life of adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people on my adventures, share my stories and create new ones with the folks I come across.

As a media journalist I hope to start an online magazine telling my stories and being able to share the gifts that I have been put in my hands.
Being on the road means needing a place to stay. Couch surfing is a great resource for meeting new people and gaining new experiences.

Capturing moments and telling stories are a major part of my day to day life. The camera is always in my possession and I can be found documenting most anytime. Growing up around cameras, I started out as an assistant for my dad, a professional photographer, who gave me my first camera and always encouraged me to pursue the arts and living life to the fullest.

Along with capturing through the lens, I am a writer as well. Whether it be a sentence or a twelve page story, journaling has influenced my day to day routine.
Poetry and songwriting follows as one of the most time consuming daily tasks.

Having grown up listening to music ranging from Jazz Blues to Alternative Rock like the Smashing Pumpkins my ears have been influenced and saturated by some of the most amazing sounds out there.

Listening isn't my only interaction with music. I have been playing drums since I was eleven years old. Recently picked up the guitar and I can be found the keys of a piano on occasion. All instruments grasp my attention. Music is apart of my calling in life and I am constantly pursuing it.

Taking life to the next level in all areas, but most of all experiencing new things.
