When I am not traveling I live in Austin TX. I am lucky enough to get to do what I love the most with five of my best friends in the world which is play music.

I write whenever I can whether it's stories, poems, music or keeping track of travels. We also host and throw a lot of shows in Austin but this is becoming less frequent with how much we are on the road.

Through traveling especially with our band, Calliope Musicals, I've been incredibly lucky to experience amazing hospitality and generosity from so many people. From rad crazy co-ops in Canada to warehouses in San Francisco and fancy homes in Malibu to beautiful sorta secret mansions in the woods of norther Florida and all the community spaces, party houses, cottages friends, fans and colleagues homes in-between. So I figure I need to pay it forward.

I play music, I'll try and play anything but I tend to end up with a guitar in my hands despite my plans.

Backpacking, camping traveling of any and all kind. I plan to visit all the national parks in the United States before I'm 30 and have crossed out a good chunk of the list.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The best experience that comes to mind is the first tour our band pulled off about a year and a half ago, we got one big festival to pick us up and against all rational thought and advice we planned a 40 day tour that went from Texas up the east coast, through Canada, down the top of states and the entire west coast through I-40 and Colorado finally ending in the middle of the country in Arkansas at Wakarusa Music Fest.

We have done so much since then but this started it all and I'm so grateful for the amazing experience and people who taught us so much along the way.

Always can guarantee a nice place to crash, we have a sectional couch and I have a cot or two we can set up. If I'm home and able I'm happy to cook a good meal for everyone. If time allows I can show ya around town if ya like, at the least I can point ya in the right direction!
