ABOUT ME

Cheerful, happy-go-lucky (gay) guy, creative musical type. I've already had three amazing experiences, two months backpacking around Thailand and before that six months in Australia, and most recently a stunning few months in India. Both experiences were absolutely mind blowing, saw some truly stunning places, met lots of fascinating people and generally returned with my head more full of ideas and my mind more opened than ever before. And it's made me all the more eager to get back out there and explore this world of ours...

It would be nice to meet some local people to make an acquaintance with and to show me a different perspective to a city which they surely know better than I. Not necessarily looking for accommodation, although if I do need that I'll ask, but more to make some local friends for the places I find myself in.

I realize that being a member of this site, and all that it entails, is a massive exercise in trust in strangers. All I can say is, I hope you find me warm, sociable and genuinely friendly and eager to learn about your city.

Like most people on here I’ve travelled, albeit not as much as I would have wanted to and want to do lots more in the future. Seeing the world from different perspectives and lens, as it were. I have a love of music, as a pianist/keyboardist, guess you could call me an artistic/creative type.

Always learning about squatting (having stayed in several over my lifetime) and local politics/issues, open minded and enjoy an interesting discussion
