I am a Canadian who has been teaching English in Taiwan for three years. I will soon be going to Germany to study a master's degree in ancient philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet cool new people from other parts of the world that can teach me things i did not know previously.

Interests

Philosophy, science, nature, theology, classical art and poetry, etc. As the roman poet Terence said "nothing human is alien to me."

Music, Movies, and Books

I was in a hard rock band while I was in high school though I find myself listening more to classical music these days. I read books the way most people breath air, but if I had to pick only a few it would have to Guliver's travels followed closely by Hichhicker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Saw team Canada play a hockey game at the Olympics in Korea!
