Interests

I like backpacking, canoeing, making musical instruments, and building bycicles. I spend hours reading wikipedia pages about geeky things like public-key cryptography, tor, and bitcoin. I try to go hiking/running on trails as much as I can.

As far as music goes, I listen to a lot of things but I really like post-rock, down-beat electronic, and americana.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Freeclimbing to the top of an abandoned power-line tower and seing the blue-ridge mountains above the tree line. Spending the afternoon playing in a waterfall on the Appalachian Trail.
